AI plan contest and Ask the Star game rules
These rules govern the AI plan contest for Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon, which you can enter by playing Ask the Star on elevon.io/websummit or through the direct form on elevon.io/ai-plan-contest.
Valid from 25 September 2026, updated 24 October 2026
1. Organizer
- The competition is organized by Elevon.io j. s. a., registered office Kominárska 2,4, 831 04 Bratislava, Nové Mesto, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 55959407, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sja, file no. 366/B (the “Organizer”).
- Contact: innovate@elevon.io.
2. Duration
- The competition runs from its launch on elevon.io/websummit and elevon.io/ai-plan-contest until 12 November 2026, 23:59 CET.
- During Web Summit (9–12 November 2026) it can also be played on a tablet at the Elevon Meetpoint in Lisbon.
3. Who can take part
- Anyone aged 18 or over can take part.
- You can enter in two ways: (a) by registering for the Ask the Star game (name, work email, company, role, phone) or (b) through the direct form without the game on elevon.io/ai-plan-contest (name, company, email). In both cases you must agree to these rules.
- Each participant can register once. One email address and one phone number count as one registration, even if you enter both ways; playing or registering again does not increase your chances.
4. How the game works
- Sections 4 and 5 apply only to entries through the Ask the Star game. Entries through the direct form involve no game and no voucher.
- After registering, you play a 10-second game: tap the work tasks and hand them off to the star. At the end, the star reveals a humorous prediction of your future; predictions are just for fun.
- You can't lose. The score is just for fun and has no effect on the draw or the gift.
5. A gift for everyone
- Everyone who finishes the game receives a voucher by email and chooses one gift: a drink, a coffee or custom Elevon stickers.
- Vouchers are redeemed in person at the Elevon Meetpoint during Web Summit, 9–12 November 2026 at 14:30 in Lisbon. The exact spot will be published on elevon.io/websummit. Just show the voucher email.
- One voucher per participant. Vouchers not redeemed by 12 November 2026 expire without compensation.
- The Organizer may also offer every participant a short consultation call with its team.
6. AI plan draw
- The Organizer will draw 20 winners, each receiving an AI plan for their company from Elevon.io worth €1,000.
- The draw is made at random from all valid registrations (both entry methods) on 16 November 2026.
- Winners are notified by email by 20 November 2026. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize expires and a substitute winner is drawn.
- The AI plan is a professional service for the company the winner represents: an overview of automation opportunities, an estimate of their benefit and effort, and a recommendation of where to start. Platform licence and implementation are not part of the prize. Timing and scope are agreed with the winner; it will be delivered by 31 January 2027 at the latest.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be transferred to a third party without the Organizer's consent.
7. Taxes
- A prize worth more than €350 may be taxable income of the winner under applicable income tax law. Winners are responsible for their own tax obligations; on request, the Organizer will confirm the value of the prize.
8. Personal data
- The Organizer is the controller of personal data. Registration data is processed to run the competition and the draw, to deliver vouchers and prizes, and to contact participants about the competition.
- Elevon news is only sent to those who gave separate, optional consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Competition data is kept until 31 March 2027 and then deleted, unless it is needed for another legal purpose or on the basis of consent given.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify and erase their data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object, and may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority. Details are in the privacy policy at elevon.io/privacy.
9. Final provisions
- The Organizer may change these rules or end the competition early; any change will be published on this page.
- The Organizer may exclude participants who break these rules or try to abuse the competition (for example by registering multiple times).
- There is no legal entitlement to a prize. Questions about the competition: innovate@elevon.io.
