Ideal profile

A senior builder who can go from architecture to code, from code to tests, and from tests to production. Fast with AI-assisted development, but senior enough to know what good engineering still requires.

You will work on

• AI agents and RAG / Knowledge Base systems.
• Full-stack AI apps with React / TypeScript front ends and Node.js / TypeScript back ends.
• LLM provider layers across Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or similar.
• Enterprise integrations with issue trackers, document platforms, collaboration and communication systems.
• Voice, transcription and real-time interaction flows.
• Graph visualisation, BPMN rendering, git-backed catalogues and CI validation gates.
• Secure Azure-based deployment for regulated enterprise clients.

We expect

• 4+ years in software development.
• Strong TypeScript / Node.js; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG or automation.
• Full-stack product experience: frontend, backend, APIs, databases and vector stores.
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing and cloud deployment.
• Ability to use AI coding tools while keeping architecture and code quality high.
• Confidence owning client-facing technical deliverables with real deadlines.

Nice to have

What we need

Build AI applications end to end: frontend, backend, AI workflows, integrations, testing and refactoring, working with a senior technical lead.

Ideal profile

A practical full-stack builder who uses AI to move faster, but does not blindly trust generated code. Able to take a feature from brief to working app and prepare it for real client use.

You will work on

• Full-stack AI application features.
• Frontend interfaces: dashboards, forms, chat, voice UIs and reporting views.
• Backend APIs and integrations using Node.js / TypeScript and/or Python.
• AI Agent Workflow components and scheduled jobs.
• Voice-note to transcription to structured-output pipelines.
• RAG / Knowledge Base ingestion, scraping, normalisation and retrieval tuning.
• Automated tests, debugging and refactoring.

We expect

• 2+ years in software development.
• Good TypeScript / JavaScript and/or Python.
• React / Next.js or similar frontend experience.
• APIs, Git, databases and deployment basics.
• Some hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI automation, agents or RAG.

Ideal profile

A senior process thinker who can speak with business, architecture and delivery teams at the same time, and turn complexity into a structured model that people and AI can work with.

You will work on

• L1 business process modelling: workshops, end-to-end flows, BPMN 2.0.
• L2 component decomposition: business processes broken into component or microservice-level flows.
• L3 operation specifications: structured YAML definitions with inputs, steps, API calls, events and error handling.
• Traceability across L1 / L2 / L3 process layers.
• Capability mapping and process taxonomy design.
• Impact / blast-radius analysis across APIs, events and service dependencies.
• AI-ready process documentation and story-generation pipelines.

We expect

• 5+ years as a senior business analyst, solution architect, process architect or enterprise architect.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 knowledge and modelling tool experience.
• Understanding of API-first, microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Ability to read OpenAPI specs and understand contracts, events and versioning.
• Comfort with YAML, JSON Schema, Git and CI validation concepts.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English.
