Elevon in ForbesProplusco replaced manual job-board monitoring with a three-phase automated system that crawls Slovak job portals weekly, qualifies each lead with company intelligence, and delivers a ready-to-use sales brief for every new prospect.

New leads from Profesia and the government job portal. Qualified. Briefed. Ready to call.

Finding new clients in the HR services market means identifying companies that are actively hiring before a competitor does. That requires monitoring job portals continuously, filtering out irrelevant results, and researching each prospect well enough to have a meaningful first conversation. Done manually, it is time-consuming and inconsistent. By the time a sales rep finished researching one batch of leads, new postings had appeared and the window had narrowed.
Proplusco operates across multiple regions of western and central Slovakia, targeting manufacturing and production companies of a specific size profile. Manually tracking Profesia.sk and the government employment portal across all those regions and company sizes was not practical at the scale they needed.
The deeper problem was quality. Raw job postings tell you a company is hiring. They do not tell you who to call, what the company's situation is, or what angle to take. Turning a posting into a qualified lead with a real sales brief required separate research that added hours to each prospecting cycle.
Both portals, all regions, every week
The system crawls Profesia.sk and sluzbyzamestnanosti.gov.sk in parallel, filtering by defined regions and company size. Duplicate results are removed automatically. The sales team sees new leads, not noise.
Company intelligence for every lead
A Company & Market Intelligence agent researches each prospect: background, market position, hiring patterns and regional labour-market context. A Contact Enrichment agent identifies the right person to call. Every lead arrives with context, not just a name and number.
Sales topics per lead, not per campaign
A Sales Topics agent analyzes each company's specific situation and generates three tailored discussion angles for the first call. Topics are specific to the company, not generic talking points. The rep walks in already knowing the likely pain points.
“We used to spend hours every week just finding and researching leads. Now the system does it overnight and we start Monday with a qualified list ready to call.”
The system runs in three phases. Phase 0 crawls both job portals simultaneously across all configured regions and company-size filters. Phase 1 matches results against regional criteria, removes duplicates, and categorizes leads by location and size. Phase 2 processes each qualified lead through three agents in sequence: Company & Market Intelligence, Contact Enrichment, and Sales Topics Creator. A final merge step assembles all outputs into a structured lead record and writes it to SharePoint.
The configuration is maintained centrally: target regions, excluded companies, size filters, and portal-specific search queries are all parameters. Updating the target profile does not require rebuilding the system.
What this looks like in practice
Every Monday morning, the sales team opens SharePoint and finds a new batch of qualified leads. Each record includes the company, location, a contact person, a summary of the company's situation and market context, and three specific topics for the opening call. The team reviews, assigns, and starts calling. No prior research required.

How we estimate: removing weekly manual monitoring and per-lead research frees roughly a day of a sales rep's week and turns hours of prep into minutes. Replace with the client's real lead volumes and rates to finalize.
“The quality of the leads changed completely. We are not just getting names; we are getting a briefing on each company before we pick up the phone.”
Lead generation in HR services is a volume game with a quality problem. There are always more job postings than a sales team can research manually, so most companies either chase volume and accept shallow preparation, or research fewer leads thoroughly and miss opportunities. Neither approach scales well.
The Elevon automation resolved that trade-off. The crawling and filtering handled the volume problem: both portals, all regions, every week, with duplicates removed. The intelligence agents handled the quality problem: every lead that passed the filter arrived with the context a rep needs for a real conversation. Both phases run overnight, so the team starts each week from a finished brief, not a raw list.
The configuration model mattered too. Target regions, excluded companies and size filters are parameters, not hardcoded logic. When the target profile changes, the system adapts in minutes. That flexibility is what makes it useful long-term, not just at launch.
