O2 Slovakia
Every O2 Slovakia employee can build their own AI agents.
Since Q4 2025, O2 Slovakia runs the Elevon platform in production. People in any role build agents for their daily work. No code, no IT ticket, no waiting.
Every employee. Every role. Their own AI agents. No code required.
What changed
- In production since Q4 2025, throughout 2026
- Open to every employee, in every role
- No code and no IT ticket to build an agent
- Went straight to production, not a pilot
01The challenge
AI for everyone, not for a handful of specialists.
AI was already on O2 Slovakia's agenda. The question was never whether to use it, but how to bring it to every role without losing control.
Fragmented tools
Without one approach, each team would pick its own AI tools.
No view of value
Nobody could see where AI was actually creating value.
IT as the bottleneck
Every new use case would wait in the IT queue.
Enterprise security
Any solution had to meet the security and compliance standards of a large telecom operator, without exception.
In detail
O2 Slovakia needed a foundation that could scale across the entire organisation while keeping security, governance and day-to-day usability in equal balance.
Client
“Our strategy is AI-first: use AI where it brings measurable value. We are not building AI capabilities in isolated areas. We are building them across every role, because that is how you actually change the way people work.”
02What we built
One platform. Each person builds the agents they need.
Employees build agents for their own tasks in a no-code workspace. The platform keeps identity, access, logs and data under O2's control.

Automatic competitor monitoring, prices, products, campaigns, and web changes. Delivers structured competitive briefs.

Why the Elevon platform
No-code by design
Any employee, in any role, can build their own AI agents without technical knowledge or IT support. The goal was a real shift in how people work, not a tool that ends up used by ten people in one department.
Enterprise-ready from day one
Full compatibility with O2 Slovakia's corporate IT environment, identity and access management, audit logging, data governance and support for GDPR processes. AI adoption could not come at the cost of security.
Telco-specific knowledge built in
The platform includes retrieval-augmented generation tuned for the telco and banking sector, giving AI agents access to domain-specific knowledge from the start. O2 Slovakia sees this as a genuine differentiator rather than a standard feature.
03Rollout
Straight into production. Then every role.
Each step came from O2's real constraints, not an ideal plan. The aim was adoption, not a polished demo.
- Q4 2025
Platform goes live
The Elevon platform went into production at O2 Slovakia. Not a pilot, not a proof of concept.
- Step by step
Built around real constraints
Elevon and O2 worked iteratively. Each step was shaped by O2's IT, security and teams.
- 2026
Every employee builds agents
Any employee can create agents for their role. AI moved from something IT manages to something people use.
How it runs
Elevon and O2 Slovakia worked together iteratively, with each step grounded in real organisational constraints rather than an ideal-world implementation plan. The focus throughout was on genuine adoption, not a polished demo.
The result: every O2 Slovakia employee can now create their own AI agents tailored to their specific role and daily tasks. The platform became a shared workspace where AI shifted from being something IT manages to something people actually use.
In practice
A customer care specialist builds an agent to handle repetitive query classification. A finance analyst sets one up to summarise weekly reports. A product manager creates an assistant that monitors competitive activity. No tickets raised. No development resources needed. Just a different way of working.
04Results
AI that people use, across the company.
The platform went straight into production. Not a pilot. Not a proof of concept. Real employees, real workflows, from day one.
- Q4 2025in production since, not a pilot
- Every roleany employee can build their own agents
- No codeno IT ticket needed for a new agent
- Improved work efficiency across departments
- Reduced manual effort on routine and repetitive tasks
- More consistent outputs across teams
- A scalable foundation ready to grow as new use cases emerge
Why it worked
The key difference from a typical AI deployment is repeatability. Value is not locked into one workflow or one team. It is built into the platform and can be extended across the organisation without starting from scratch.
Most enterprise AI initiatives fall short not because of the technology, but because of the gap between what is technically possible and what people can actually adopt. This deployment closed that gap: non-technical employees could take part from day one, enterprise security requirements were met in full, and the architecture was built to grow, not just to handle the first use case.
Client
“The Elevon platform lets our people at O2 Slovakia simplify their work, eliminate routine and focus on what brings real value. With a no-code environment, every employee can build AI agents tailored to their role. This is how we are systematically strengthening AI capabilities across the entire organisation.”
