A demo has to work once. Production has to work on a rerun, on messy input, and on the day a model answers differently.
Figures come from code. The model writes the words around them, never the numbers.
If something is missing, the run pauses, a person fills it in through a link, and the run finishes on its own.
Every processed item is recorded, so a rerun never sends the same message or books the same order twice.
When an agent is not confident, it hands the case on: first to a wider search, then to a person.
A permanent log keeps a weekly brief from repeating last week's finding as if it were new.
