Elevon in ForbesFeedback comes from dozens of channels, nobody triages it, and critical issues escalate too late. One workflow changes that.

Channel connections
Direct replies, complaints, escalations from email.
Zendesk, Freshdesk or any ticketing system.
Conversations from Intercom, Drift or your own chat.
NPS, CSAT, and in-app survey results.
Comments, messages and reviews from online channels.
App store reviews, community forums, web forms.
How the workflow works
Every feedback item gets a priority (P1-P4), type (Bug, Security, Billing…), sentiment and recommended owner.
Critical issues (P1/P2) go through the escalation handler. Standard items (P3/P4) through the response processor.
For P1/P2: action plan, response draft, Slack alert, SLA. For P3/P4: reply, internal note, upsell flags.
Everything is assembled into a prioritized Jira-ready HTML board with color-coded cards and batch analytics.
Output
A self-contained HTML page with the full overview: color-coded cards by priority, escalation plans, customer response drafts, revenue-at-risk badge and batch analytics.

How much it saves
Value of time saved / month

Pricing
The platform fee is €190 per month. Below you can compare it against the value of work the workflow takes over.
The workflow alone covers the fee
At this setup, the use case already works economically on its own.
One-time implementation
Self-contained pipeline, no external integrations
€1,000
The platform fee stays the same - it makes sense to add more use cases on the same platform.
